Travel with the crew to job sites, typically within a 60-mile radius, with occasional longer-distance projects as needed. Participate in loading materials and equipment at the shop each morning and unloading at the end of the day. Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about project status, issues, and material or equipment needs. Essential Skills Ability to install batt insulation, spray foam insulation, and other insulation products with attention to detail. Comfort working with materials that may cause itching and willingness to wear appropriate clothing such as long sleeves, pants, and gloves. Flexibility to travel for occasional out-of-town projects during the week when needed. Ability to work early morning shifts and extended hours when required by project demands. Why Work Here? You will join a new and growing operation in the Bozeman area, giving you the chance to be part of the ground floor while benefiting from the stability and support of an established corporate office. There is significant room for advancement, including opportunities to grow into roles such as foreman or estimator as the business expands. The organization offers a supportive benefits package that includes a contribution toward health insurance, full coverage for dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and vacation time. You will work in an environment that values initiative, ambition, and professional development, with the potential to increase earnings through added responsibilities such as driving and out-of-town assignments.
