Lead Insulation Installer

Cabinet Peaks Foam is looking for a lead installer to run insulation jobs in the Libby and Lincoln County area. This role is hands-on. You'll be working in the field every day while leading a small crew (usually 1-2 people). Most of the work is fiberglass batts and blow-in insulation , with some opportunity to be involved in spray foam. We are a growing company, and this is an important role. You'll be working closely with ownership and have a real impact on how jobs are run. If you're dependable, know how to work, and can lead a crew, we'd like to talk. What You'll Be Doing Lead a small crew on residential and light commercial jobs Install batt and blow-in insulation Keep jobs moving efficiently and done right the first time Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Work directly with ownership to coordinate jobs and improve processes What We're Looking For Experience installing all types of insulation - batt and blow-in required, spray foam preferred Ability to lead a crew and take responsibility for the job Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and basic problem-solving skills Physically capable of working in typical construction environments Work Area Primarily Libby and Lincoln County Occasional travel for jobs outside the area Physical Requirements Lifting (up to 80 lbs) Bending Standing for long periods Walking Carrying materials and tools Climbing Pulling Pushing Sitting / Driving for extended periods
