The Insulator will be responsible for installing and removing fiberglass insulation and other building materials, as well as maintaining the safety of all work areas.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Installs and replaces fiberglass insulation in buildings and mechanical systems. Clears and disposes of old fiberglass insulation according to established safety guidelines. Loads and unloads fiberglass insulation materials. Installs fiberglass insulation in attics. Measures and cuts insulation to fit into walls, ceilings, and around pipes. Fastens insulation in place with tape, screws, staples, or fasteners as needed. Transports needed tools and equipment to jobsite. Follows company and industry safety guidelines and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to follow instructions. Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Related experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing, bending, or climbing ladders. Ability to work in confined spaces. Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time.

Full-time Salary:

From $18.00 per hour while training. Once Training is complete, you will be on FULL piece rate.

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime •Valid DL is required with a clean driving record for a minimum of 1 year.•
