The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and a strong attention to detail. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Prepare job sites by clearing areas and ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available. Must have attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions. Assist and learn form lead installer. Set up ladders and scaffolding for job site access. Inspect and prepare insulation equipment Comfortable lifting objects weighing up to or over 60 lbs Regularly climb ladders and navigate tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces Use hand and power tools. Perform basic math calculations and accurately measure materials. Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license required Pass a background check Speak english and spanish prefered. Ability to lift at least 60 lbs Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and performing repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, and lifting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience with construction tools and equipment Experience driving truck with trailer Ability to safely wear and work with a respirator, pass a respirator fit check.
