Job Description
Insulation & Crawlspace Technician Pro Insulation Services is hiring a dependable and hardworking Insulation & Crawlspace Technician to join our growing team serving Eastern North Carolina. We specialize in insulation installation, crawlspace repair, moisture control, encapsulations, and structural reinforcement for residential homes. This position involves hands-on work in crawlspaces and attics installing insulation, vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, drainage systems, and performing minor repair work. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Install crawlspace and attic insulation Install vapor barriers and full crawlspace encapsulation systems Assist with crawlspace repairs and moisture control solutions Install dehumidifiers and condensate pumps Perform minor framing and floor reinforcement work Remove old insulation, debris, and crawlspace materials Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites Work safely in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor conditions Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces Ability to use basic hand and power tools Construction or insulation experience preferred but not required Dependable, punctual, and motivated to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Insulation installation Crawlspace encapsulation Vapor barrier installation Basic carpentry or framing Construction labor experience Pay & Benefits Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement Full-time work available On-the-job training provided Schedule Monday-Friday Occasional overtime available If you are dependable, willing to work hard, and want to grow with a company that takes pride in quality work, apply today.
