$25.00 / hour (Plus a clear path to $30+/hr based on certifications/ advancement) Job Description Are you looking for more than just a job? We are seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to join our spray foam crew. This is a ground-level, entry position into a highly skilled trade with a direct path to becoming a Lead Sprayer for those willing to put in the work. We operate in a fast-paced environment where quality matters. What We Offer Great Starting Pay:
$25.00/hr to start.

Stability:
Full-time, consistent year-round work. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for keeping our operations running smoothly both at the shop and on the jobsite.
Daily Prep & Logistics:
Report to the shop every morning. Assist with morning rig prep, supplying the rig, filling chemicals, fueling, and completing daily logs.
Jobsite Preparation:
Perform high-quality jobsite prep, including masking, taping, and setting up hoses before spraying begins so the Lead Sprayer can stay efficient.
Equipment & Maintenance:
Assist with rig and equipment adjustments as directed, and properly care for tools and machinery.
Site Clean-Up:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite throughout the project and execute final post-job cleanup.
Safety & Support:
Wear all required PPE (including respirators) and strictly adhere to jobsite safety standards. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a highly physical, fast-paced job. Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), on ladders, and on scaffolding. Must be willing to work in conditions (Cold/ Hot) while wearing appropriate PPE. Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required.
What We Are Looking For Reliability:
On-time and dependable every single day—this is completely non- negotiable.
License & Transit:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to report to the shop daily. (Towing experience is a major plus! )
Aptitude:
Basic handyman or construction skills are highly preferred. You must be able to think on your feet and follow instructions carefully.
Attitude:
A good, serious attitude toward the work, while remaining easy to work with.
Requirements:
