Job Description

Integrity Staffing is looking to hire several experienced Grinders for a Steel Shop! •Amazing company with enormous room for growth!•
IMMEDIATE START
- No interview needed•
Schedule:
M-TH; 6:00am-4:20pm
Pay:
$15/hour (If you show initiative and that you are worth more, you will receive a merit increase in as little as two weeks! i.e. work hard, ask what else you can do, ask to learn how to fit or weld during your lunch breaks or on Fridays when the shop is closed.)
Responsibilities:
Drilling holes, run cutting torch, grinding fittings (5 inch discs), etc.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months steel shop experience or relatable experience (farmhand, construction, remodeling, industrial paint or insulation, refractory work, etc.), must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8 inch, must be safety oriented, must be willing to cross-train Please respond to this ad with your resume for consideration!
