As an Insulation Installation Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting energy-efficient building upgrades and ensuring client safety and comfort. You'll work closely with the project team to deliver high-quality results that make a difference in homes and businesses across Eugene. What You'll Do As an Insulation Installation Technician, you will be responsible for: Removing old insulation and vapor barriers efficiently to prepare spaces for new installations. Installing new insulation materials to improve energy efficiency and reduce noise. Applying fire-stopping materials to prevent the spread of smoke and fire, ensuring safety compliance. Installing vapor barriers, insulation, and encapsulation systems in crawl spaces and attics to maximize building performance. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly in various environments. Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds safely and consistently. Comfort working in crawl spaces and attics while adhering to all safety protocols. A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and dedication to quality workmanship.
