Leading a small team of 2-3 members, this position combines hands-on work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl areas with responsibilities including material handling, equipment management, and ensuring safety compliance. The role also involves operating a box truck for daily local travel and overseeing efficient worksite setups amid varying weather conditions. Responsibilities Install insulation in residential buildings, navigating tight spaces like attics and crawl areas Lead and coordinate a small team of 2-5 members to complete projects efficiently Handle and organize materials and equipment on-site Set up and maintain safe and organized worksites Operate ladders and a box truck for daily local travel between job sites Use manual and power tools to complete installation tasks Ensure crew adherence to safety standards and project timelines Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience with insulation installation High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Familiarity with hand and power tools Knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures Leadership and crew management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities We offer monthly pay between the 1st and 5th of every month at a rate of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
