Duties Support insulation technicians by preparing work areas and handling materials needed for spray foam application Assist with setting up and operating hand tools, power tools, and spraying equipment under supervision Help with measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials according to blueprints and schematics Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Learn to read construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to understand project requirements Aid in the mixing and preparation of spray foam components as directed by senior team members Skills Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of framing, roofing, drywall, or insulation is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and advancing skills This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction while contributing to sustainable building practices.
