Spray Foam Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation to various building structures, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent hand and power tool skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and areas for spray foam application by cleaning, masking, and setting up equipment. Mix and apply spray foam insulation accurately according to project specifications and safety standards. Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, including airless paint sprayers and other power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure proper insulation placement. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure insulation meets industry standards and client expectations. Requirements Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers. Knowledge of construction estimating, fabrication, roofing, HVAC systems, and metal stud framing is a plus. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand schematics and mechanical systems related to insulation installation. Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
