Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Spray Foam Insulators for temp-to-perm opportunities in the Nashville, TN area!

WEEKENDS OFF!
PAY:
$20•24/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS:
8-10 hour workdays (40 hours per week)

Monday•Friday; 7:00 am•4:00 pm

ASAP Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating spray foam equipment and installing insulation in both residential and commercial buildings. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments. Daily Responsibilities Operate a spray foam gun to apply insulation according to project specifications. Install spray foam insulation in residential and commercial structures. Prepare work areas and equipment before installation. Monitor foam application for proper coverage and thickness. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress. Required Skills & Experience Experience operating a spray foam gun. Experience installing spray foam insulation on residential and commercial buildings. Knowledge of spray foam application techniques and equipment maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
