Job Description
Job Summary Insulation Monkey is hiring! We are looking for a dependable part-time insulation crew helper. Responsibilities Insulation Monkey is a young and growing company, so hours may grow as our workload increases. This is a good fit for someone who is flexible, dependable, and wants an opportunity to grow with us. Job duties include helping install insulation, loading/unloading materials, cleaning up job sites, and assisting the crew lead. This is a physical construction job. You must be able to work in attics, crawl spaces, confined areas, hot/cold temperatures, dusty environments, and outside when needed. We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time Communicates well and responds to calls/texts Can wake up early some days Works hard without needing to be babysat Has reliable transportation Can stay hydrated and work safely in the heat Experience Construction experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
