INSULATION OF DALLAS
•Koala Insulation of Dallas seeks an Insulation Technician who wants to work in a small, friendly culture in a growing company. As an Insulation Technician, you will become a master of all types of insulation installation and removal, including blown-in and batt. We seek a can-do person who knows that attention to detail, customer service and professionalism will advance their career. Experienced insulators can start at a higher pay rate. Koala Insulation is a locally-owned high-service insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners. Duties include:
You will work closely with a very experienced insulation crew. You will work in tight spaces in sometimes extreme temperatures. You will be responsible for safely driving a company vehicle and insulation rig to the jobsite. Making sure your work is up to quality standards. Getting along with a team of people who understand that advancing the company will advance them personally.
Experience:
Prior experience in insulation installation is preferred and will be rewarded, but not required Experience with small machinery is an advantage Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred
Compensation:
We pay by the job (% of each job) based on a target rate of $18 to $30 per hour or more. Our by the job pay plan enables high performers to earn a much higher rate of pay.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently. Must have a valid, U.S. drivers license and reasonable driving record. Must pass post-acceptance screening.
