Purpose:
Load and log materials, set up ladders and scaffolds, and maintain organized, safe job sites—ensuring every project reflects our transparency and quality standards.
Learn & Grow:
Assist with equipment prep, operate power tools, and shadow applicators as you develop expertise in spray foam insulation.
Build Resilience:
Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or high spaces, all while upholding our safety-first approach.
Collaborate:
Work alongside a dedicated team to deliver results that align with our vision of lifelong building performance. Our Two-Year Training Program - Your Path to Mastery At New Era Foam LLC, we invest in you. Our Two-Year Spray Foam Applicator Training Program is designed to transform you into a certified professional, reflecting our value of professionalism : Months 1-6: Learn the basics—tools, safety, and logistics—while earning your OSHA 10-hour certification in a safe , supportive environment. Months 7-12: Get hands-on with equipment and assist with spray foam applications, collaborating with experienced team members. Months 13-18: Apply foam independently in controlled settings, advancing toward SPFA Installer certification with quality as your focus. Months 19-24: Lead full job sites and earn your SPFA Installer certification, embodying our vision of industry leadership. Beyond Year 2: Achieve SPFA Professional Certification and contribute to complex projects that promote energy efficiency and health. This program isn't just training—it's a career path. You'll gain a skill set that's in demand nationwide, all while growing with a company that's been a trusted partner for nearly two decades. What We're Looking For A valid Texas or New Mexico driver's license and a good driving record. Reliable transportation to our start location. Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with occasional overtime or out-of-town travel. Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or high spaces.
