  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insulation Leadman to oversee and coordinate insulation installation projects.
This role involves leading a team of insulation workers, ensuring the quality and safety of insulation work, and collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, and construction site experience. As an Insulation Leadman, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, durable, and energy-efficient insulation solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise insulation installation teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of project. Ensure all insulation work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers for installation tasks Conduct inspections of completed work for compliance with specifications and rectify deficiencies Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, and safety compliance Provide mentorship and training to team members on proper insulation techniques and safety procedures Qualifications Proven experience in construction site roles with a focus on insulation or related trades such as carpentry Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, caulking guns, and fabrication equipment Familiarity with various insulation materials including foam boards, fiberglass batts, and mineral wool Strong communication skills This position offers an opportunity for motivated professionals to lead impactful projects within a dynamic construction environment.
