Overview Join our dynamic team as a Spray Foam Technician and become a vital part of innovative insulation and construction projects! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation to various structures, ensuring energy efficiency, durability, and quality standards are met. Your expertise will help transform spaces, improve building performance, and contribute to sustainable construction practices. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and work areas by cleaning, masking, and setting up equipment to ensure optimal spray application. Operate spray foam equipment including airless paint sprayers and other power tools with precision and safety awareness. Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications, blueprints, and schematics. Use hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and fabrication techniques to modify or adapt materials as needed on-site. Conduct quality checks during application to ensure proper coverage, adhesion, and insulation performance. Follow all safety protocols related to construction site operations including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Experience Prior experience in construction estimating or working on construction sites is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying techniques. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to insulation or construction projects.
