00 per hour (DOE) About the Role Eco Elements, a family-owned and rapidly growing industry leader in Utah, is seeking a motivated Lead Insulation Installer to oversee our high-production installation teams. We are looking for a professional with a commitment to quality, a sharp eye for detail, and the leadership skills necessary to drive excellence in the field. As a Crew Lead, you will manage all aspects of the installation process, ensuring every project—from residential attics to commercial metal buildings—is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Oversee all daily operations of the installation crew to ensure peak performance.
Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous quality control to ensure "perfection" in the application of blown-in and batting insulation.
Project Management:
Manage job sites with professionalism, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allotted schedule.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict safety protocols on every job site to protect the team and the property.
Technical Execution:
Expertly install required insulation in residential and commercial applications.
Equipment Stewardship:
Responsible for the maintenance and proper care of all company tools and equipment.
Customer Service:
Act as a professional representative of Eco Elements when interacting with homeowners and contractors.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with batting and blown-in insulation.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of local and national codes involving insulation.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to understand specific thermal requirements, such as achieving final R-values between R-38 and R-60.
Licensing:
Must possess a valid Driver's License ( Required ).
Physical Standards:
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Attributes:
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Benefits & Schedule Pay Range:
$28.00
