The ideal candidate will have experience in installing Spray Foam insulation to maintain energy efficiency, temperature control, and safety. But all are welcome to apply despite no experience or certification.
Responsibilities:
Install Spray Foam insulation materials. Ensure proper coverage of Spray Foam materials to maintain energy efficiency. Ensure installations meet industry safety standards and codes. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Possibly drive a work truck and trailer.
Requirements:
Ideally have experience as a spray foam insulation installer or in a related field. Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques, or related construction knowledge. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to memorize, and follow local and state codes and standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions. Benefits In addition to benefits listed we have recently updated our fleet to optimize spray output and minimize breakdowns. Piece Rate pay available after a probationary period to increase max wages. 401K matching after a probationary period.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
