Job Description:
Seeking an experienced insulation installer or insulation crew for a new residential construction project in Colorado City, Arizona. This is a 2,225 sq. ft. single-story home with 2×6 exterior walls and a vented attic requiring complete insulation installation. All insulation materials will be provided and delivered to the jobsite.

Scope of Work:
Install insulation in all 2×6 exterior walls Install insulation in garage-to-house separation walls as required Install sound insulation in designated interior walls (if specified) Air seal penetrations around windows, doors, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical penetrations Install attic ventilation baffles where required Install blown-in attic insulation Maintain proper insulation clearances around recessed lighting and heat-producing fixtures Clean up work area and remove installation debris
What We're Looking For:
Previous residential insulation experience required Must have own tools and blown-in insulation equipment Ability to complete project according to code requirements Reliable transportation Ability to start immediately preferred Licensed and insured preferred but not required
Pay:
Pay depends on experience and speed This is a paid test project intended to evaluate quality and reliability for ongoing work opportunities Additional future houses available for the right contractor/crew
Pay:
Up to $2,500.00 per week
