Job Description

Spire Pest Control is expanding! We're proud to announce the launch of our new Crawl Space Encapsulation Division, and we're seeking an experienced Crawl Space Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to advance their career with a company that values quality, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Inspect, prepare, and encapsulate crawl spaces according to company standards Install vapor barriers, drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers Remove debris, old insulation, and damaged materials from crawl spaces Seal vents and seams to ensure airtight protection Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in crawl space encapsulation, mold remediation, or a related field Strong understanding of moisture control, insulation, and vapor barrier systems Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
