We're passionate about delivering high-quality work, maintaining clean job sites, and treating our customers like family. As we grow, we're looking for experienced leaders to grow with us. Key Responsibilities Perform crawlspace cleanouts, including debris removal, old insulation removal, and sanitation. Install new vapor barriers, insulation, drainage matting, and moisture‑control systems. Identify and report issues such as mold, standing water, pest activity, or structural concerns. Operate tools and equipment safely (shop vacs, blowers, hand tools, etc.). Maintain a clean jobsite and follow company safety protocols. Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and occasionally homeowners. Complete daily job logs, photos, and documentation. Support additional tasks related to crawlspace restoration as needed. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You'll work as part of a crew, receive hands‑on training, and have opportunities to move into lead tech, estimator, or project manager roles as we continue to grow. Basic qualifications Experience in construction with a focus on insulation installation or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various tools including hand tools and power tools. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics is a plus. Experience in carpentry, framing or concrete finishing is a plus Background in fabrication or roofing is a plus.
