Position Overview As an Crawl Space & Attic Technician, you will work as part of a team performing crawl space and attic restoration projects in residential homes throughout the Puget Sound region. Work may include insulation removal and installation, air sealing, vapor barriers, rodent cleanouts, mold remediation, drainage improvements, sump pump installations, and related home performance services. This is a physically demanding position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Remove and install insulation in attics and crawl spaces Perform air sealing and weatherization improvements Install vapor barriers and crawl space improvements Assist with rodent remediation and cleanout projects Assist with drainage and sump pump installations Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow company installation standards and safety procedures Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on time Communicate professionally with crew leaders, coworkers, and customers RequirementsRequired Minimum 2 years of construction or related field experience Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the workday Reliable transportation to our Kent office Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Insulation experience Crawl space or attic experience Weatherization experience Drywall experience Valid driver's license Performance-Based Advancement Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Performance reviews are conducted at 30, 60, and 90 days. Wage increases are based on demonstrated performance, including: Reliable attendance and punctuality No unexcused absences, no-call/no-shows, or attendance-related issues Successful completion of skills assessments Following direction from crew leaders and management Maintaining quality workmanship standards Meeting production expectations Completing projects with minimal callbacks, warranty claims, or rework Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, quality workmanship, and strong performance may earn increases up to $25.00 per hour after their first 90 days.
