Scaffold Builder/Insulator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder/Insulator to join our construction team. The Scaffold Builder will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures at various job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures following safety guidelines and blueprints.
• Inspect scaffolding equipment for damage or defects before use.
• Secure scaffolding to building structures using fasteners and ties.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for scaffold assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for accurate scaffold construction.
• Experience in door hanging, construction painting, flooring installation, and concrete finishing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of construction management principles for effective project coordination.
• Familiarity with hardscape and plumbing techniques is a plus.
