Competitive, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Metal Fabricator. This role involves working with sheet metal and structural components to build rugged Industrial equipment. We're looking for a motivated laborer with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job. A successful applicant will be provided on the job training to learn how to operate plasma table, grinders, press break and other metal fabrication machinery. Key Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and saws Assist with layout, cutting, bending, and assembly of sheet metal components Inspect finished products for quality and structural integrity Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times Qualifications Prior experience in fabrication, construction, or industrial labor preferred but not required Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints Willingness to learn fabrication techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Able to perform physical activities that require considerable use and dexterity of arms, legs, and full-body movement , including but not limited to: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, kneeling, reaching Pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 50 lbs Climbing and descending stairs and ladders Operating equipment and tools requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination Verbal communication to exchange information Seeing and hearing within a reasonable range for a shop environment, with or without correction This is a physically demanding role in a shop setting with exposure to loud noise, sharp materials, heavy machinery, and potentially hazardous conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and capable of maintaining safety and focus throughout the day.
