Requirements:

Previous production, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to safely operate fabrication equipment and machinery Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety

Job Duties:

Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal or other materials according to blueprints and specifications Measure, cut, drill, grind, and prepare materials for production Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and rework as needed Maintain accurate measurements using calipers, tape measures, gauges, and other precision tools Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines Support additional production and fabrication tasks as assigned Why This Opportunity?
