Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Structural FCAW Welder to join our team in Chandler, AZ This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who values precision, quality workmanship, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and weld symbols Set up and operate FCAW welding equipment Perform 3G weld tests on 3/8" plate with FCAW Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, proper penetration, and compliance with standards Repair welds as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of FCAW welding experience (TIG experience is a plus) Strong understanding of structural welding techniques Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
