CON STEEL
is seeking Ironworkers and Field Installers to join our growing team. We perform structural steel and miscellaneous metals installation throughout Arizona, including stairs, handrails, guardrails, canopies, gates, fencing, steel framing, and structural steel erection.Responsibilities:
Install structural steel and miscellaneous metal components Read and interpret construction drawings and field layouts Operate lifts, forklifts, power tools, and welding equipment safely Assist with rigging, material handling, and equipment setup Work closely with foremen, project managers, and general contractors Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite safety Complete projects efficiently and professionallyQualifications:
Construction experience preferred Structural steel or miscellaneous metals experience preferred Welding experience is a plus Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas Ability to lift and carry construction materials Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance requiredCompensation:
$18- $32 per hour, depending on experience.
