We are looking for hard working, reliable workers, anyone with construction, metal or warehouse background welcome. 1st shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm Pay rate: $
TBD Duties:
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend and straighten sheet metal Inspect/ Assemble and smooth seams and joints Determine project requirements, including scope, assembly sequences, and required methods and materials, according to written or verbal instructions. Lay out, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on material, such as wall panels, according to drawings or templates, using calculators, dividers, squares, and rulers. Select gauges or types of sheet metal or nonmetallic material, according to product specifications. Fasten seams or joints together with metal drive clips or bonds on sheet metal items. Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff, or smooth surfaces, seams, or joints of assembled parts, using hand tools or portable power tools.
Requirements:
2-3 years of manufacturing experience Basic math, must be able to read and understand measurements Good manual dexterity with hand tools Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently Comfortable wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as glasses, gloves, hearing protection or hard hats. Steel toe boots required
