Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Fabricator/Mechanical Installer and bring your expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly to life! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for fabricating and installing complex mechanical systems and structures across food processing sites and manufacturing environments. Your skills will help ensure precision, safety, and quality in every project you undertake. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals dedicated to excellence. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and installation processes. Fabricate components using sheet metal, CNC saw, and other fabrication tools in accordance with ASME codes & standards. Perform welding tasks including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), <
LOCATION
> welding, and soldering to join metal parts securely. Operate power tools, hand tools, rigging equipment, forklifts, and machining devices safely and efficiently on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Install ductwork, piping systems, mechanical assemblies, and structural components following schematics and technical specifications. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control and ensuring dimensional accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet safety standards, deadlines, and quality expectations while adhering to OSHA regulations. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding, <

Knowledge of fabrication processes including sheet metal work, pipe threading, plasma cutting, and press brake operation. Familiarity with mechanical systems installation involving ductwork, piping, assemblies, and rigging procedures. Experience operating forklifts and other heavy machinery safely on job sites or within manufacturing facilities. Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Understanding of ASME codes & standards relevant to structural components. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, schematics, power tools, machining equipment, and schematics accurately.
