Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work on various projects involving ductwork and mechanical components. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Fabricate components according to specifications using tools such as plasma cutting equipment and calipers. Assist in the installation of ductwork and other mechanical systems as required. Operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products within the workspace. Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in welding, with a focus on fabrication and assembly. Familiarity with ductwork installation and mechanical systems is preferred. Proficient in using welding tools and machinery, including grinder cutters and calipers. Mechanical knowledge that allows for troubleshooting and problem-solving during fabrication processes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge on Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Copper, different types of gauges 24-GA to 3-GA. Able to weld any type of surface, nest, shape, and knowledge on temperatures, Jigs, and molds.
