In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do (Essential Functions) Interpret data from electrical diagrams and schematics and complete wiring of electrical systems Assist pulling electric cable and laying out in cable tray Cut, bend, and install conduit per electrical specifications Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using multimeters to ensure compatibility and safety of the system Pull electric cable and lay it out in cable tray Follow training and company procedures Represent the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism. Follow good housekeeping practices Comply with Roeslein and Servtech's core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and a commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees Complete all safety training classes with a 100% pass rate Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What You Bring (Skills, Abilities, Experience) A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required An associate's degree or electrical journeyman certificate or related field is preferred 2-5 years of electrical experience is required Knowledge of the National Electric Code is helpful but not required Ability to kneel and work on knees and reach overhead while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact High Voltage AC and Low Voltage DC experience is required Lift up to 15 pounds above your head often while working on a ladder while maintaining three points of contact Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment Experience with handheld tools and assembling parts is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including overtime Familiarity with safe and productive use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment Must adhere to the Company's attendance policy Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required. Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time. Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each situation.
