You'll support production, help keep the shop running smoothly, and gain exposure to welding, fabrication, and equipment operation. What You'll Do Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Move, prep, and handle materials throughout the shop Use hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and basic power tools Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks Perform simple grinding, sanding, and tack‑weld prep work Inspect materials for accuracy and quality Restock supplies and maintain shop equipment What Makes You a Good Fit Previous experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or production Comfortable using tools and working around machinery Able to lift, carry, and stay active throughout a 12‑hour shift Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor areas Reliable, safety‑minded, and eager to learn new skills Basic welding or grinding experience is a plus, but not required.
