Shop Worker Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Shop Workers to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Shop Worker Responsibilities:
Perform various tasks within a shop environment, assisting skilled tradespeople with metal fabrication and assembly. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere. Exhibit good manual dexterity and comfort working with hands-on tasks. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a consistent and reliable attendance record.
Shop Worker Qualifications:
No experience required - we will provide on-the-job training. Ability to show up to work every day with a good attitude. Good with hands and comfortable working in a shop environment. Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
