Job Description:

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in structural sheet metal repair and modification, and will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft structures. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on aircraft structures Fabricate and/or modify structural modifications on aircraft parts Perform minor structural repairs on composite components Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections and complex structural repairs Remove and install aircraft components as required Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures Participate in 5-S activities and perform work in a safe and timely manner Document work performed per applicable manuals and regulations Operate ground support equipment and assist with mechanical/electrical removals and installations Assist with maintenance at off-site locations and other maintenance disciplines Requirements 4 years of aircraft experience and 2 years corporate experience Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings Effective communication skills in both written and verbal form Basic set of hand tools with ability to demonstrate inventory and control Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled work days and holidays Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable A Certification, A&P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate (preferred) Basic PC skills Tool Requirements

Tool Inventory:

Provide a typed tool inventory sheet with a minimum tool list.

Tool Identification:

Tools must be shadowed and etched with 2 letters and 4 numbers (e.g., AB1234). Uniform Policy

Uniform Requirements:

Wear the specified uniform, including: Navy Blue or Grey Pants Solid Dark Grey T-Shirt or Sweatshirt Solid black professional-looking closed-toe shoes Solid black belt or suspenders (no exposed metal) Solid black winter hats or knit caps

Safety Shoes:

Steel, Composite, or Aluminum-toed shoes required. Eligibility
