This position involves assisting with fabrication work in the shop as well as installations in the field.

Responsibilities:

Assist welders and fabricators with daily shop tasks Cut, grind, and sand metal materials Safely operate hand and power tools Help with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for installation Work outdoors during installations in various weather conditions Lift and carry materials up to 50+ pounds Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Must be able to read a tape measure Must be able to/ learn how to read cut lists Experience with basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Comfortable working in outdoor environments Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Prior welding or construction experience is a plus (but not required)
