Job Description

Gillmann Services is currently seeking experienced Demolition Laborers for a commercial demolition project. Candidates must have a strong demolition background and be comfortable working from scaffolding.

$20 per hour
Job Duties:
Commercial interior demolition Operating floor sanders equipped with HEPA filtration systems Chipping and removing flooring materials Demolishing hardwood ceilings Working from and around scaffolding General site cleanup and material handling Following all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
Requirements:
Previous demolition experience required Experience working on scaffolding required Ability to safely operate power tools and rotary hammers Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Reliable transportation Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license or identification card for site access requirements
