Badia Spices Schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Job Description Badia Spices is seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabrication Specialist to perform stainless-steel welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs to support production equipment and reduce downtime. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel parts and equipment Fabricate and modify components (guards, frames, brackets, supports) Repair and troubleshoot mechanical equipment Create custom parts when replacements are unavailable Support equipment installations, changeovers, and emergency repairs Follow GMP, safety, Lockout/Tagout, and hot work procedures Maintain clean, organized work areas Qualifications High school diploma (required); technical certification (preferred) 3-5 years TIG welding & stainless-steel fabrication experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read measurements, sketches, and basic drawings Experience in manufacturing or food production (preferred) English required; Spanish a plus Benefits Competitive pay Growth opportunities Stable work environment
