Selective Demolition Worker

Patriot Demolition is seeking skilled demolition workers with prior experience in construction and/or demolition. This is not an entry-level position —applicants must already have the knowledge and ability to safely and efficiently perform demolition tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Proven experience in demolition and/or construction work Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment Strong understanding of job site safety practices. PPE required on all sites. Must be drug-free Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Opportunity to move up to equipment operator.

Responsibilities:

Perform interior demolition including removal of walls, flooring, ceiling systems, doors, and other building components/finishes Safely use basic hand tools and power tools Operate specialty equipment such as flooring scrapers, floor grinders, torches, cut-off saws, and mini skid steers Transport demo material to dumpsters or machines. Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and organized job site

Pay & Benefits:

Pay based on experience 40+ hours per week Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days We're looking for dependable, experienced individuals who can show up ready to work and contribute immediately.

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
