Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator specializing in TIG welding to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality structures and equipment, supporting our commitment to excellence in fabrication and construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical proficiency, mechanical knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. Duties Perform TIG welding on Aluminum extrusions Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts. Measure materials precisely In shop welding, not on location Apply Tig and MIG welding techniques as needed for specific projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards, ASME codes & standards, and company safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site environments or manufacturing settings involving welding and fabrication tasks. Proficiency in TIG welding with knowledge of typical shop techniques. Skilled in MIG welding Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and machining equipment. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
