Westchase, FL (33626)
Pay:
$18•25/hr , based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM•4:00 PM No overtime Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator to cut, shape, assemble, and finish metal components for production. This role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to read fabrication blueprints , and proficiency with common metal-working tools and equipment. Attention to detail and safety are essential. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to drawings and specifications Read and interpret blueprints , measurements, and work orders Operate fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, shears, brakes, and drills Perform layout, cutting, fitting, and finishing of metal components Assist with welding tasks as needed (MIG/TIG/Stick depending on skill) Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper fit Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work with team members to meet production deadlines Requirements Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator , Fitter , or similar role Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Skilled with hand tools and metal-working equipment Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Preferred Qualifications Experience with MIG/TIG/Stick welding Familiarity with CNC fabrication equipment (plasma, press brake, etc.) Ability to perform accurate measurements and layouts Experience in a manufacturing or metal-shop environment Apply Now If you're an experienced fabricator looking for a stable, no-overtime schedule, apply now to be considered. #3379NW
