Job Overview We are seeking skilled Ironworkers to join our great Union in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Steel Erection, demonstrating proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to work with heavy rigging. As an Ironworker, you will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling Steel structures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at all times. Duties Fabricate and Erect Steel Structures using various welding techniques including

SMAW & FCAW

. Operate Man Lifts and Forklifts and other machinery as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to safety regulations. Conduct inspections of completed work to maintain high-quality standards. Utilize forklifts for the transportation of materials around the job site, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines. Experience Proven experience as an Ironworker or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with various welding techniques and metal fabrication processes is essential. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts and other heavy machinery is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
