About the Role As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality structural components. By utilizing your expertise in welding and blueprint interpretation, you will ensure that every assembly meets rigorous industry standards and contributes to the structural integrity of our final products. Responsibilities Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to guide the precise fabrication of metal components. Execute high-quality MIG welding to create durable, strong assemblies that meet structural specifications. Operate fabrication machinery to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts efficiently. Maintain a high standard of workmanship by inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality. Uphold a safe and organized workspace by consistently following established safety protocols and operational guidelines. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a professional welding or metal fabrication environment. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints. Demonstrated ability to operate MIG welding equipment effectively. Physical stamina required to perform manual labor and handle heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Preferred Skills Prior experience working with structural steel in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of advanced metal cutting and shaping techniques. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
