You will utilize your TIG welding expertise to transform raw materials into precision-engineered products, ensuring every piece meets rigorous aesthetic and structural standards. Responsibilities Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to guide the precise fabrication of custom stainless steel assemblies. Execute high-quality TIG welds on various gauges of stainless steel to ensure structural integrity and seamless finishes. Operate and maintain welding machinery to ensure peak performance and consistent production output. Perform post-weld processing, including grinding and polishing, to achieve a professional, high-quality appearance. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that all components align with project specifications and client expectations. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and consistently meet project deadlines. Maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace to support high-volume manufacturing goals. Required Skills Proven experience in TIG welding, specifically with stainless steel materials. Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and shop drawings. Proficiency with pneumatic and electric hand tools for metal finishing. Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Direct experience working with 304 stainless steel in gauges ranging from 18 to 12. Demonstrated history of working in custom metal fabrication or food service equipment manufacturing. Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and layout work. Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new fabrication techniques.
