Translate design proofs, blueprints, and CAD files into accurate builds. Operate welding and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Support finishing, CNC operations, material handling, and equipment upkeep.

Positive, hardworking team that prizes quality Core Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble sign components: routing, cutting, gluing, welding, and finishing Read and interpret design proofs, blueprints, and CAD to ensure dimensional accuracy Measure, cut, prep, and inspect materials prior to fabrication Run shop equipment: MIG/TIG welders, saws, routers, sanders, drill presses, brakes, and shears Assist with CNC router and panel saw operation Perform in-process quality checks and correct defects before final finish Collaborate with the Fabrication Lead, Design, and Production to resolve build challenges Help with surface prep, priming, and painting as needed Assist with receiving, shipping, and storage of raw materials and finished goods Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on shop equipment Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace Must-Have Qualifications & Physical Demands Hands-on experience in metal fabrication with MIG/TIG welding or sheet metal (required) Proficiency with fabrication tools: brake, shear, grinder, drill press, and saws Ability to read shop drawings, proofs, and blueprints Strong attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship Capability to manage multiple projects and hit production dates Able to lift 50+ lbs and work full time in a shop environment Dependable, punctual, team-focused, and proactive Preferred Skills Surface prep, spray painting, or industrial finishing experience Comfort with troubleshooting and continuous improvement Equipment You'll Operate MIG, TIG, and stick welders Manual grinders and general power tools Routers, sanders, saws, drill presses, brakes, and shears Core Proficiencies Troubleshooting skills Tape measure reading Welding setups for production Blueprint reading Who We Are Eye 4 Group, founded in 2014, is a full-service sign and branding partner serving Indiana and surrounding states.
