We are committed to maintaining a strong work-life balance while continuing to grow and diversify our capabilities. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately Measure, cut, and shape materials using appropriate tools and equipment Operate fabrication machinery, including shears and rollers Use basic measuring instruments to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications:

(5) Years of proven experience as a fabricator or similar role (5) Years of building and assembling components from blueprints (5) Years of experience operating shears, rollers, and other fabrication equipment Strong ability to read and understand blueprints Familiarity with basic measuring tools and techniques Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
