Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chrysler Dodge Jeep Master Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. As a Master Technician, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), powertrain components, electrical systems, and transmissions. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and other vehicle makes, utilizing schematics and automotive diagnostic tools. Conduct complex repairs on powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines with precision and efficiency. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair equipment to complete repairs to manufacturer standards. Diagnose issues related to ADAS features such as lane departure warnings, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance systems. Perform wheel alignments and suspension repairs to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins for accurate troubleshooting. Provide mentorship to junior technicians and assist in training new team members on best practices in automotive service. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with manufacturer specifications while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines. Hands-on experience with ADAS technology, schematics interpretation, wheel alignments, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Proficiency using diagnostic software tools and auto estimating programs. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot complex electronic issues. Service technician experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
