Do you take pride in clean fit-up, solid tacks, and welds that pass inspection? Are you comfortable switching between MIG, TIG, and Stick as the job demands? The Work Fabricate, fit, and weld structural steel components from drawings Cut, assemble, and tack to spec before final welding Inspect your work continuously to minimize distortion and eliminate defects What You'll Need Proven structural steel experience Blueprint literacy and strong fabrication/welding tool skills Sharp attention to detail and quality
