Hart House is a long-term residential recovery home providing a 24 hour structured rehabilitative environment for pregnant and/or parenting women recovering from drug and/or alcohol addiction. The program aims to provide women with the skills necessary to maintain their sobriety and the education, skills, and guidance to be effective, nurturing parents. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, parenting education and more. The Recovery Specialist position is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.

Job Description:

32 Hours, Overnights - Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 11:30pm-8amThe Recovery Specialist's Responsibilities Are:
Providing support to women & families throughout the stages of their recoveryCollaborates with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to ensure client progressSearches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisorCompletes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and proceduresObserves and supervises buildings and groundsProvides transportation to families as necessaryQualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Experience working with substance use population is preferredValid MA Driver's License in good standing preferredPay Range:
$20.00 - $24.38The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
