Amante & Sons is seeking a dependable Shop Worker to support daily warehouse, shop, and field operations. This position assists with material handling, equipment organization, deliveries, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position may lead to a sheet metal apprenticeship. Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain shop, warehouse, and yard area
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Assist with deliveries and pickups as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Support plumbers, HVAC technicians, and management with general labor tasks Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical interest and ability.
- Prior education and training in mechanical trades, desirable.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Valid driver\'s license preferred
